• Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel to SGP
• Duly filled Form14A + 2 colored passport-sized photograph&emsp (taken within last 3 months)
• Original Letter from Employer with company letterhead (with company seal)
• Indication of company granting leave of abscence, Applicant's designation, duration of employment and salary
• The letter should have company official seal

• Mandatory only for selected countries. To refer to Annex A of Service Agreement
• Signed by SC or SPR (S-series, T-series) or Company (UEN)

LOI

• Signed by FIN holder (F-series, G-Series, M-Series

• Indicate purpose of travel

• Flight ticket booking
• Hotel booking

The visa fee is 30 Singapore Dollars equivalent to INR 1800 and service fee for each application is INR 650. Visa processing fee and visa service fee are paid upon application of the visa. The processing fee and visa service fee are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or withdrawal of application after submission. Do also check with the respective Authorised Visa Agent on the rates of other administrative/ miscellaneous fees which may be levied, if any

Your visa application will be processed in 3 to 5 working days after your application has been submitted to an Authorised Visa Agent. This excludes the day of submission, weekends, and public holidays. Some applications may take longer to process.

Each visa application will be considered on its own merits.
